The intent of this blog is not for one person to teach everyone else about our family history, or to share profound thoughts. As the blog originator, I am far from an expert and still have a lot to learn. What I am hoping is that we can all help each other with information, ideas, stories, pictures and sometimes corrections about our family history. At the same time, it would be nice to share something about ourselves so that we can all learn where our relatives are and who they are.
Readers of the blog (I hope
there are some :)
will be at all levels of family history expertise so content can vary from very
beginning through intermediate to advanced. Your contribution could be about
anything related to our family history, but some ideas would be:
- · Experiences you have had while researching the Walker family
- · Information about locations that the family or their descendants have lived
- · Great websites that you use that would be helpful to other family members
- · Family history programs that you have used that might be helpful to us
- · Thoughts or questions on people or events in our history (I have lots!)
- · Family stories that have passed down to you that others would love to hear
- · Pictures!!! We would love to add more pictures or better quality pictures to our photo gallery.
